Pixel Buds A-Series

The Google’s Pixel Buds A-Series have been officially released, as per company’s official announcement, which is a more affordable variant of its existing Pixel Buds.

The A-Series Buds have the same sound quality as the 2020 Pixel Buds, regardless their cheaper price. They still support hands-free “Hey Google” voice commands and are water and sweat resistant to IPX4.

The new Pixel Buds lacks some of the previous earbuds’ functionality, such as wireless charging for the case and volume swipe controls, but they don’t lose much else.

The “A” in Buds A-Series stands for affordable price.

Pixel Buds A-Series will cost you $99, which is a big discount over the $179 conventional Pixel Buds, and they’re available for preorder in the US and Canada. The Pixel Buds A-Series will be available on June 17th, according to Google. These earbuds are available in two colours: olive green, gray and white.

The battery life is rated at five hours, and the company claims that a 15-minute quick charge will provide you up to three hours of listening time.

While the new Buds are strikingly similar to the regular Pixel Buds, however, Google has changed the style by softening and shrinking the integrated ear hooks / stabiliser arcs.

The company has also made steps to avoid the connectivity issues and audio cuts that some owners of its previous earphones are still experiencing. In addition, the new A-Series earbuds have a higher total volume.
