Netflix has raised the price of monthly subscriptions in Europe, however, the popular video streaming service has lowered the price of its Standard and Premium monthly subscription plans in Pakistan.
The new fees will be applied to new Netflix subscribers first, and then to all current Netflix customers over time. Netflix notified existing customers on October 14 that the new prices would take effect on their next billing date.

Netflix has reduced the prices of both monthly subscription plans by Rs 400, according to information. The Standard plan’s pricing has been reduced to Rs 800 from Rs. 1,200 previously, while the Premium plan’s price has been reduced to Rs. 1,100 from Rs. 1,500 previously.

Netflix’s decision is motivated by a desire to grow its subscriber base in the region. In order to attract subscribers, Netflix has experimented with varied price packages in different regions, particularly in developing countries. One example is the mobile plans available in India and Pakistan.
