Google has released Android 12 (Go edition), a version of its latest operating system aimed at low-cost, low-end smartphones with limited hardware capabilities. Today, about 200 million individuals utilize an Android phone (Go edition). This OS, according to Google announcement, will provide a faster, smarter, and more privacy-friendly experience.
In comparison to prior Go edition Android versions, Android 12 phones will open apps up to 30% faster.
The latest OS will save battery life and storage space by hibernating programmes. The revised Files Go app now allows you to recover data up to 30 days after they’ve been deleted, allowing you to confidently delete files you don’t think you need.

In the new Android 12 (Go edition), the Recent Apps panel allows you to listen to headlines and translate any on-screen content into your desired language.
You may save data by sharing apps directly with nearby devices via Nearby Share and Google Play. Before sharing your smartphone, you can effortlessly convert to a guest profile with the new (Go Edition). Once the individual with whom you shared the profile has finished using it, it will be reset. To make this process easier, profiles will be accessible immediately from the lock screen.
The new Android 12 Privacy dashboard is also available in the Go edition, giving you a quick view of which apps are accessing sensitive data. The privacy indication in the status bar is also back, letting you know when apps are accessing your microphone and/or camera. All of this will be available in 2022 on Android 12 (Go edition) devices.
