Changan Pakistan has closed the booking of Alsvin after the company received over 17,000 pre-bookings for the sedan model which was released recently.
According to a statement released by Changan Master Motor, the Alsvin is fully booked till July by our genuine customers. Hence, company is not taking any further bookings to evade late delivery time.
The company also advised customers that “do not refrain from making any payments to anyone promising an early delivery” furthermore, the company also stated that it would reopen the booking soon.
Booking Closed on First Day of Opening
The Director Sales of Changan, Shabbir-ud-Din, revealed that the Alsvin grabbed a positive response in just a month since its launch. The director also said that over 29,300 walk-in customers have so far come to Changan 19 3S dealerships across the country in the first 3 days.
Syed Shabbir added that 17,000 pre-bookings for Changan Alsvin has been received. All 17,000 customers were a part of draw. As per company T&C the 1,000 draw winners would be prioritized in terms of the bookings and delivery of the vehicle with free maintenance along with value-added services.

No CKD Unit of Changan Alsvin Displayed
The company have not displayed a Completely knocked Down/locally manufactured unit of the Alsvin, instead CBU units were displayed on its dealership across Pakistan. So, the question rises on the finished quality of the CKD which customers have not seen and on top of that company decided to close down further booking. These concerns are very genuine and important and the move may damage the newly Changan Alsvin.
