For the first time in Pakistan, the Federal government launched a national job portal to help unemployed people and particularly young people to find employment opportunities in the private and public sectors under a centralized system.
The first ever automated national job portal njp.gov.pk provides the latest information regarding jobs that are available in all public and private sectors. It will help introduce the certified skilled youth so that they can connect them with potential employers.

Moreover, the National Information and Technology Board (NITB) set up the national job portal and so all Federal departments and agencies will be bound to publicize jobs on the portal.

According to NITB officials, the job portal will provide citizens with verified information regarding jobs. National Job Portal (NJP) is among the major initiatives of the current Pakistani government under the “DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF PAKISTAN” vision.
It makes it the only platform via which job seekers from all over the country will be able to find and get a job in the public sector. This portal provides extensive opportunities for job seekers as it will help them find jobs categorically where they can find their dream area.

In order to maintain transparency, the jobs are posted through a well-developed backend portal, which helps the employer in appointing worthy candidates only on pure merit basis.
