The Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) has launched a free online assessment platform to assist students during the Covid pandemic.
On Tuesday, IBCC Secretary Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah and Learning Pitch’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Syed Wajahat signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to launch a free online assessment platform.

The secretary of IBCC that is the umbrella board of all 29 educational boards in the country, while talking to the media said around 13,000 MCQs were available on the platform, which will be highly beneficial for the students to get themselves prepared for the upcoming board examinations.
He further said that several lectures and videos of practical work were also available on the platform. He added that on the direction of Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood, the IBCC and the firm joined hands in order to provide free online material to students ahead of upcoming board exams.
“I am hopeful this initiative will help students overcome learning deficiencies as during the last one year schools and colleges have seen frequent closures due to Coivd-19,” he said.

Meanwhile, a press release said the IBCC secretary highlighted the importance of the platform by saying that it was a step in the direction of educational excellence in Pakistan. “I am very optimistic about the future of education in Pakistan and this platform is another step in the direction of educational excellence in Pakistan.”
The press release also said that more than 13,000 questions are included in the platfrom covering all the BISEs which will help students prepare for their board exams.
“The platform aims to revolutionize the educational practices in Pakistan and promote a culture of learning and educational equality, through the power of connectivity and information technology.
