Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) has released an app that allows parents to track their children’s school buses.
In Sharjah, a new app called ‘Your children are safe’ was introduced to assist parents, guardians, school bus supervisors, and specialized personnel, as well as collect crucial information about trips and emergencies. It is available to students from 122 private schools.
According to the Khaleej Times, SPEA director Ali Al Hosani stated that the app may be used by bus supervisors to record kids’ attendance while also allowing specialized staff to follow the buses’ movement.

He went on to say that the app will track the number of journeys made by school buses and give out alerts in the event of an emergency.
At SPEA’s headquarters, all operations are monitored, allowing specialized employees to follow the movement of school buses in Sharjah as they take students to and from school.
Every bus, according to Al Hosani, is equipped with seven interior and external surveillance cameras to protect the safety and security of students. The cameras are also used to ensure that students are behaving properly.
