The increase in Pakistan was mainly due to the increase in dollar price, as per the justification by the company, however, it is pertinent to mention that the rupee became stronger in the last few weeks but still Suzuki hiked their car prices.

The new prices of the Alto VXR and Alto AGS are Rs. 1,433,000 and Rs. 1,633,000 respectively after an increase of Rs. Rs. 35,000. Meanwhile, the new WagonR VXR also saw a price hike of Rs. 42,000 and new price for the WagonR VXR is stood at Rs. 1,640,000.
