The federal government has announced to celebrate an Ishq-e-Rasool (S.A.W) week starting from 12 of Rabi-ul-Awwal which encompasses Milad programs and conference throughout Pakistan. The week shall continue from Friday 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal (October 30) till Friday 18 Rabi-ul-Awwal (November 6).
Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri the Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony came out with this idea during a cabinet meeting to which Prime Minister Imran Khan agreed and instructed to other cabinet members to form a solid plan to observe the week.

After PM direction the religious minister arranged an urgent meeting in order to discuss and create a plan on how to celebrate the Ishq-e-Rasool (S.A.W) week.
As per the inside details, the religious ministry will be forming programs and conference in regards with the essence of love and regard for the last Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Moreover, the main conference will be held on 12 of Rabi-ul-Awwal in Islamabad where the PM and President of Pakistan Arif Alvi will be joining.
As per the reports, the province shall also observe the day of 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal in light of federal government orders and sessions and different programs will be conducted in over Pakistan.
Furthermore, on the eve of Eid Milad-un-Nabi the cabinet will also approve a reduction in the convicts’ sentences.
Moreover, during the cabinet session, all members condemned in strong terms following the French President Macron statement which hurts the feelings of Muslims community. The cabinet sent a message that blasphemy against the Last Holy Prophet (PBUH) is unacceptable and unbearable for any Muslim.
