The government of Punjab has launched a central platform in which all the jobs under the provincial government will be publicized and interested applicants can apply for different vacancies online.
The job portal named “Punjab Jobs Online” is developed by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The Punjab Jobs Online is the part of the Digital Pakistan initiative which was released by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan last year.
The portal is user friendly as you can surf and find relevant information on the platform very easily. After signing up on the platform, the applicants will be able to explore jobs and apply in 452 departments across all the districts of the province.
The Punjab Information Technology Board also shared a short tutorial regarding the Punjab Jobs Online platform, in which the PITB highlighted the registration and application process for the contender.

In September, the Federal Government had also launched a national level job portal which was also developed under the Digital Pakistan initiative in order to empower the unemployed citizens. Through the federal government’s job portal, the unemployed individuals will be able to find jobs in public as well as in private sectors all over Pakistan.
The National Job Portal is developed by the National Information and Technology Board (NITB), and it is mandatory for all the federal departments and subdivisions to advertise the job openings on the devoted portal.
