Spotify, the Sweden-based audio streaming and media services provider, is now going to be launched in Pakistan.
There are a lot of Pakistani Artists who have uploaded their music on Spotify. Spotify is Sweden based audio streaming and media service provider which is popular all over the world. It offers billions of offline and online playlists to listen to, providing both premium and free subscriptions.
In a country like Pakistan which has millions of music lovers, Spotify’s services are not available which is a matter of big disappointment for the lovers of music. Last year, Spotify created a verified Instagram account for Pakistan which leads to unending speculation and excitement.

Now things are going to be materialized in this regard as the company tweeted, “We launch in 80+ new markets over the next few days. See you soon Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nigeria.” Alex Norstrom, the Chief Premium Business Officer of the company says, “Together these markets represent more than a billion people, with nearly half of them already using the internet, some of the places we are going like Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nigeria, have the fastest growing internet populations in the world.”
Although there are some other music providers like Apple Music, Deezer, and YouTube Music, Spotify is unique and remains the favorite among others due to its large music library. In a blog, Spotify says, “Listeners enjoy Spotify because we introduce them to music to fall in love with – including music they might not have found otherwise.

Spotify had launched its services a decade back is, at present providing its services in 93 countries and has around 345 monthly active users. Spotify has 144 million subscribers with more than 60 million tracks and 4 billion playlists to choose from. Users can download their favorite music and broadcast on their mobile devices, tablets, and laptop.
